Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods over short and long distances, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Secure cargo and ensure it is properly loaded and unloaded.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, hours of service, and expenses.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Follow established scripts and talking points to communicate effectively with potential customers.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest in our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and address customer concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize and refine telemarketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory items.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff involved in inventory management.
- Train and develop staff in inventory control best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to facilitate efficient inventory handling.
- Utilize inventory management software and systems to track and manage inventory.
